How do I book a ride?

To book, download the app for easy online booking or call us on 01335 342 951 Mon - Fri, 9am - 4pm (Lines closed on bank holidays).

You can book on the day or up to 28 days in advance.

Where can I go?

We can pick you up and drop you off anywhere within the darker green area on the map, or get you into Leek, Ashbourne and Buxton.

You can also connect to scheduled buses to go to Cheadle, Macclesfield, Hanley or Derby.

 

Will you tell me my pick up time?

When you book on the app or by phone you'll be told your pick up time and kept you up to date if anything changes.

To ensure you enjoy the most direct journeys into Leek, Ashbourne or Buxton, we will sometimes arrange a guaranteed connection on to one of the local scheduled bus routes at a convenient point for the last part of the ride.

If you have booked a journey to arrive at a specific time, we guarantee to get you to your destination on time.

You will be given full details when you book and what to do when you come back.

 

What happens if I'm late?

Our app will tell you when your bus will arrive and you can check on the app the current location of the bus as it comes to pick you up. Please ensure that you are at your designated pick-up point in plenty of time. Your bus will wait for one minute after the designated pick-up time but will then need to leave to pick up the next passenger.

 

Can I bring my bike?

We can carry up to 1 bike on each minibus space permitted.

 

Use a wheelchair?

We have space for 1 person in a wheelchair on each minibus - please tell us when you book.
